Quantity of Life vs Quality of Life

In the capitalistic system we value the amount of money the we have in our bank accounts. We value how much we have, how much money, how much materials, how much resources, how much sex we have, how many friends we have, how much, how much, how much. All of this gathering of value within quantity is irrelevant to life, because when you die, how much do you in fact have? Only yourself.

What we have done within the capitalistic system in only value the quantity of things/money, placing value on having more than having what's best, forgetting and ignoring the quality of things/life living/existent on the planet with us. We are searching for the quantitative value assuming and believing that more is better = the more the merrier = the more the happier I become. In this search we are missing the quality of all life that is being lived by the majority of the inhabitants of this Earth, not just humans but insects, trees, animals, bacteria, marine life, etc. We are living a life that is based on the principle of the more of a material one has the more value one has…the more money I have the more valuable I am…"What is my net Worth?" It is showing us all over that we value the quantity rather than the quality and as long as we have quantified enough money for only ourselves we don't care about the quality of life that we lead because we can simply add more to the quantity of shit that we possess to keep us happy, to keep us blind to the quality of life that is being lived placing value/happiness in quantity instead of happiness/value in Quality!

Ask yourself the questions - Does quantity of money exist? - based on a capitalistic system where the game of the monetary system is more profit, then yes, we are able to get more and more money, we are able to have quantity of money. We search for more quantity, we save for more quantity, we want more instead of having the best.

Does quality of money exist? Quality based on the actual physical reality of money, well you can have a quality bill where it is hard to be destroyed, but in that quality does not in fact exist as the bill will be circulated, traded from one person to the next to near infinity, but money is still going to have to be produced. More money will have to be injected into the monetary system as it is now existing to keep it fueled, in that the quality of money is not existent because the quality of the bill is in fact worthless when the quantity is where value is placed within. There is no better or worse money based on designed structure of lastingness as it doesn't last as money is valued within/as quantity = more quantity less value/quality = it doesn't matter if you have 100 million dollars if that dollar is not worth anything due to the quantity of that dollar in circulation = quality money doesn't exist as it is affected by inflation rates.

Does the quality of life exist in the current money system? - yes it does, but that quality of life has been ignored for a long damn time because of the false value placed within the quantity of money. Quality of life has been not considered as much as the quantity because as long as one has quantity of money one is able to produce the quality of life for self without regards to the quality of life for all, in this allowing the quantity to destroy the quality as more is better without consideration of how the `more` exists, in that disregarding the quality of how the more exists. Creating more as value within harvesting more and more of the resources so that one is able to get more quantity of money/materials, in this calling it value, not considering the quality of that which is being resourced/created only the quantity.

Does quantity of life exist? - Yes quantity of life exists, but again in the perspective of the capitalistic system quantity is good in the aspect of we have more people to make money and inject into/as the capitalistic system, only valuing the quantity of life due to make more money. In this, quantity out weights the quality, through the perspective of having more people living on the planet the more money in circulation thus more quantity for everyone while disregarding the quality of life that it being lived. Only allowing a minority that have quantity of money to live in somewhat quality due to the quantity of humans. In this, the quality of life is accepted and not questioned by the minority that have the quantity, in this disregarding the quality of life equally throughout the planet because they have their comfort and happiness within the illusioned quantity of value.

Now within the Equal Money system that has no profit objective lets ask the same questions

Does quantity of money exist? - Quantity within the numbers yes, quantity within being able to have more or less, no because profit will not exist, one is not able to extract money from another to build up ones own bank account, meaning that when a `sale` is done the money does not continue into the seller's account, it disappears, so in this quantity does not exist in fact as it disappears from the equation once used. In the initial point of having digits in a bank account, sure that can be the `quantity` but that quantity is not able to be measured within more or less as money will not be `gained` through the sales of items. So within the accepted definition as it now stands as quantity being a more or less measured through comparison…no quantity will not exist within an Equal Money System.

Does Quality of money exist? - When money only exist as digits on a screen the quality of money will not exist, there will be no value in money, thus no form of use to make it qualitative. It will only be digits on a screen and used as a tool as it is used now as a means of transference of goods, but in that no profit will be allowed to exist, and understand that the goods are not going to be existent as they are today with massive companies doing the work and then transporting the goods across the globe for only a select few with the quantity of money to purchase. The goods will be based on person to person with/as that which would be given to all equally, in that which is in support of all life, as there is no profit so there is no point in creating a good solely based for profit and all that is left to consider is what will improve the quality of life equally for all.

Does Quantity of Life exist? Yes, there will be abundance of life, but the quantity will not be supported due to more influx of money into/as the system, quantity of life will be the prospering of life, allowing life to flourish, stopping the point of more life more money, but more life more life  to life with and as, in this allowing the ability of the quality of life to improve within the quantity of life until it has reached it's peak and plateau (the best)

Does Quality of Life exist? Most definitely. What is fascinating within this is that since there is no quantity of money existent, the only thing that is left of/as value is the quality of life that each individual lives within/as and since the quantity will not get quality = the more money the better life one has, as it exists now, the quality will be considered and given throughout in eQuality. Meaning that the goal will no longer be in the search for more and more and more money in order to maintain or improve upon a quality of living. The goal will be the quality of living throughout in Equality, where the quality of life will improve in each individuals life when all life is given quality of life equally simply through the global actions in improving the quality of life equally, not allowing the individual quality to be valued within the quantity of money. The quantity will not outweigh the quality, and in that the quality of life will be taken into consideration, as there will be no more search for more quantity to improve life, but how to improve the quality of life throughout the globe because of quality being the quality of life not based on quantity of life. The quality of life will finally be given value equally throughout the world, through the stopping of the search for quantity and to improve what we have here as the quality of life. It is to improve the life that is here, not to make more quantity in hopes of improvement through more quantity.

So what is fascinating in an Equal Money system is that to only thing that is left to consider value towards is the quality of life that each individual is living, and in equality we will be able to start to look at how each individual's quality of life is being lived, in this giving value to life itself. There will be no more search for more, only the quality of what is here will be improved as there will be no `more` as `more` has always been a lie, no more resources can exist than what is here, so in this the goal is to then improve the quality of that which we create out of the resources so that we no longer need to dig for MORE resources, improve the living conditions of EVERYTHING, laptops, televisions, trees, bugs, animals, cups, clothes - improve the quality of the life that is being lived within/as everything that is this Earth/universe.

So…visit http://equalmoney.org share your vote on each of the categories, share comments and start to support a life where the quality of life is valued, not the quantitative value of digits/monies.

When I Fainted In Class

I was in grade 8 at the time of the incident, making me 14. I had been drinking excessive amounts of liquids. I would drink a litre carton of juice in 15 minutes and pee it out in the next 15 minutes. The thirst that I has was unquenchable, and I tried fucking hard to quench it. My family first noticed this when I was out for dinner with my father. I told him that evening that I had been incredibly thirsty for quite some time so I would like a large drink. Usually I would never finish my drink when going out on the weekly dinner with my father, but this time it was the first thing I finished. We went driving around for a bit and I asked if I could get some water went to a coffee place and got a cup of water that tasted like it had coffee in it. I didn't care though I drank that as fast as I could, to which he replied "Wow you really are thirsty today". Nothing was questioned in this moment, all I knew is that I was incredibly thirsty and peeing a lot. This was, of course, a major difference in my body function and at that time I was assuming that it would eventually go away, which it did not. This thirst lasted for, from what I can remember a bit over a week, until I fainted in class, when my world changed.

That day we were dong a morning exercise, that we had recently set up as a class, to get our bodies flowing in the morning. I pushed myself quite hard in the physical exercise as I have always done with physical activity. We then were in the cool down period, standing breathing, taking a rest, so that out heart rates would calm down appropriately. I was standing against the blackboard with my friend next to me, and all I remember is black going limp and then waking up on the floor with everyone in a circle around me. Through stories shared by my friends, I leaned on my friend who I was standing beside, whom was quite a large fellow…possibly I thought that he will be able to handle me as I went unconscious into blackland. During this my other friend started to yell "Woah, WOah, WOAH!," as he watched my body collapse onto my one friend. Then I woke up, was a bit dizzy then got up and felt fine after 10 or so minutes. I had no consideration if anything was wrong with my body, I felt fine so I assumed everything with me was fine. Later that day I went and got blood work done, needle in blood comes out into tubes and off I go. Little did I know that my life from then on would involve needles on a daily basis. I went home after that and was still drinking a large amount of liquids. I have a specific memory of my feet being propped up on a desk watching television with a carton of juice to my side and a bag of cinnamon hearts in my lap, getting up every half hour to take a piss.

To my knowledge everything was fine, I was only drinking lots and having to pee out lots. I was still functional, I was still breathing, I was still alive and that’s all I considered. That was the problem that lead to all this, I did not consider my human physical body at all. I did not consider what I was putting into my body, I liked sugar and that’s all I cared for, I liked eating what I wanted, when I wanted, that's all I cared for. I did not consider that my human physical body is life itself, I did not consider that this physical reality has manifested consequences through actions, I did not consider that what I put into my body and what I did with my body had a lifelong effect. I did not consider that my human physical body can be fragile to what I put in it, I did not consider that all the candy that I was eating was having a detrimental effect on my life, I did not consider myself as life in fact. So that night I ate 2 pepperettes before bed, went to sleep feeling fine to my consideration.

The next thing that happens; I am woken by my sister telling me that there is a cop at the door for me.

I will continue in the next blog.

Desteni Farm and the Equal Labour System

Here on the desteni farm we all work together to get something done in order to improve the farm. In work at home I am only working in existing or myself because the job that I do is only for me, my money and my survival. Here it is not about survival it is about what is best for all, we have to labour for the best for the gardens, plants, animals, structures, humans, all life here that we deal with.

There is no profit motive for us to work. There is an understanding that if we don’t work then the farm here will be infested with weeds, the horses would not have enough food, the animals would be angry at us for not taking care of them, the plants would die out, not being able to provide food, the structures would start to crumble, it must be upkept. In this understanding we work together to maintain the place in which we all live and create it as a place that we all enjoy living within. We put in a collective effort to maintain and develop the farm. The girls work with the garden and plants, where the boys will work with the heavy labour, in this the boys build a garden and the girls will plant all the plants, both working collectively and both share in the rewards of the food grown or shelter built etcetera.

In comparison to my job where I work to survive within the matrix of the world, it can be argued that we all work collectively to get the job done but this is not in fact so. We don’t collectively agree to take a certain job because of a `fair` distribution of jobs, but we take them because they provide us the most money. In that we are actually fighting eachother, not working in agreement to work for the collective of the workforce. As well the job is based on a percentage rate, and the higher percentage you get above a base percentage the more money you get, so we all decide to fuck each other over because we are working in order to survive, not working in collective to get the job done, but always in competition with each other, which leads to extreme stress at times. For example at an office job and there is a promotion coming up and you and another have the opportunity to get the promotion, we stress ourselves out in order to get the promotion to receive more money, so that we can `live` a `better` life. Taking that into consideration, here we are working together so that we all live a better life, where in my job we all compete so that only a few can live a better life, which is not in consideration of what is best for all

The amount of work that we get done is phenomenal. Here we can see the results at the end of the day. We see the garden that has been rotovated, and we see the amount of work that has been put in, and with only 8 guys we have gotten more done with physical results than I have ever participated in. We all have specific jobs, same as the capitalistic system, that we work on and in the end bring it all together so that a project is finished for the whole of the farm. In the capitalistic system we all have specific jobs that we all participate in and in the end we do not benefit the whole but in fact destroy the whole through separation within/as our own greed of money and the necessity to survive in competition with others…simply look at the world and how it’s path is heading and you can see that we are in fact destroying the whole instead of working in agreement within equality and oneness that in fact support the whole to live within the best possible living standards/conditions that is possible in any given moment.

This is equal to how the Equal Money Labour system will work within the Equal Money System, Not working for Profit but for the consideration of the whole, because our living need will be met, thus we need no more than what we have, and when I say need, it is NOT bare minimum needs but a car, a computer, an internet connection, all that one in fact needs in this world. The only thing that is left is to work in agreement to maintain and expand ourselves within/as this world to make all life here expand equal and one with us as we expand when working together, for example in places where there is no infrastructure the motivation is not money but the need for infrastructure, thus the more people work on and agree that infrastructure is needed, the faster it will be developed. It is all based on the needs for people and self. In this all life here works together to make this world the best place in equality and oneness, not in separation from ourselves as our neighbours in how we are existing now. The Equal Labour system will in fact be enjoyable and one is allowed to work at one’s own pace without stress of having to survive within working, the job that needs to get done will get done through the collective participation in all that do in fact participate in it. For example my back has been an issue from working my job. When I got here, started working and felt back pain, they told me not to push myself because then I would compromise myself for the rest of the week/month. In my job I am still required to hit standards whether or not it compromises myself or not I am still expected to hit my standards and this is where the stress can come in as well, and we are all susceptible to this. Where in the Equal Labour System there is no need for profit on the whole so those who `employ` will have the best interest of the `employees` always in consideration without waver. This is why we must implement the Equal Money System, so that we are able to work together, but we also must stop the competition within ourselves, here we are working within a capitalistic system but we are not in competition with each other, we are working for the whole, not individual selves. 2012 Becoming Consumers

I just finished watching the documentary "Consuming Kids: The commercialization of childhood" which outlays how companies are specifically targeting kids to become consumers of specific products when they become older. It shows how children television shows support certain products throughout the show in order to get the kid to symbolize happiness/success or some other positive emotion with the product compelling them to find ways to manipulate their parents into buying the product for them.

What I want to cover in this blog is this point without judgment or morality. Looking at this point without judgment of the companies or advertising agencies, they have done extremely well in using the accepted and allowed systematics in this system in order to maintain their survival. They have done extensive research on children and what they react to, as far as watching them take a bath to see how they use and manipulate the products they use whilst taking a bath, in order to find out everything that they can mentally and physically to sell their product to them effectively. What is unfortunate here is that this is what this system wants and supports = survival of the fittest. The companies have gone this far because they must compete with other companies so they must find out absolutely everything about their demographic in order to manipulate them into becoming a consumer of said product from cradle to grave. So the only thing here is that they have done very well at managing their survival within capitalism through manipulating and deceiving the masses, they are brilliant in this aspect.

We start off as children and become impulsed continuously, daily, with messages and symbols from media outlets that promote happiness, fun, enjoyment, success, or any other positively energized emotion in connect to that product. We then look for these products to fulfill our lives with and constantly search for in order to make ourselves feel happy, separating ourselves from ourselves as creators of ourselves. We then become emotionally possessed the majority of the time and we start to lose ourselves as who we are as life. This is what the system supports, this is what capitalism/consumerism supports. Is it the best interest of all life? Clearly no. We need a new system to live under, because unfortunately we as ourselves need to be guided at the moment, if we remove all systems at this point, life we become much more hectic, dangerous, `evil`, violent than ever. We need a system that supports all Life equally, one that gives all life on this planet an equal opportunity for life.

In an Equal Money System profit is removed, because CAPITAL is no longer the objective of the system. More money is irrelevant in an Equal Money System, so what we are left with is what can I/we produce that makes our lives easier and more effective. One can argue that contemplating a product that will make our lives easier is a symptom of capitalism, but what happens is that life is disregarded in this aspect, and only money is the focus point when considering a development. In an EMS what we will produce will be best for life because there will be no opportunity for deception or manipulation into getting the `upper hand` because all will be given to Equally. The necessities of life will be provided to everyone equally, and all will have the same opportunity as their neighbours. This is take a lot of work of course.
Companies won't have to fight for survival as well, they will not need to develop new ways of manipulating or deceiving the population into buying a specific product because the people that make up the company will be supported with or without said company, so they in turn are able to make the choice in which is best for life. The companies that have targeted kids to become consumers have only done so within the allowances of the accepted system. They have used the rules within the system to their advantage, so it is us who are equally responsible for allowing the system in place and it is us who must stop blaming and judging people who use the system because we use the same system, thus we must create a new system out of our own will, one that supports what is best for all life on this planet in every way. One that allows no opportunity or need to deceive, manipulate, and/or abuse. The hand that feeds us

I got told to stop skateboarding one day and was looking at the man’s words, and why he was basically telling me to stop enjoying myself and get out of the place that I was skateboarding in. I was skateboarding in an underground parking garage that is owned by the city. The city has to pay money for the structures that it builds and to maintain the structures. The cities life blood is money. Since skateboarding does mark up and `wreck` structures and objects, the city will have to pay for the repairs done to the structures/objects. The man that kicked me out was a worker for the city, the city pays him money so that he can live the life that he lives. I was questioning whether he really gave a fuck about me skateboarding in there or not because no one actually cares about another...since he was a worker for the city, the city gives him life = the city supports him, so in order for him to support his life the way it is he has to continue working for the city, and the cities interest is not having to pay money that it does not need to pay. So in this moment this man support the city because it supports his life and him telling me to get out of the parking garage was in support of the city’s interests and thus he was then supporting his job through supporting the city. We all fear losing our jobs because that means we have lost our accepted living conditions and standards, thus this man was speaking out of fear of losing his job, because if he were not to support the city’s interests the city would have a chance to remove his life blood through removing his income.

In this example this man was in support of a system that is absolutely abusive and extremely destructive of life because this man knew no better. Since the city was supporting his life and this man became comfortable with his life and knew no better life attainable than the one he current has, he fought for the system that is destructive, abusive, and harmful to life. He saw fear of his life being taken away from him by the city if he were to let me skateboard in that place and mark up the structure that the city has paid for causing the city to have to pay more money to keep it aesthetically pleasing. He was afraid of biting the hand that feeds him even though that hand smacks him as well. In this instance we all end up accepting the system once we accept our lives the way they are. We do not look for anything better nor can we think of anything better than what we have when we accept our lives the way that they are, we do not question whether or not life can be better for the ones who suffer, we do not think about a better existence that the one that we have because we are provided life by the one that we have, and all we are asking for is life. Life can be so much more than what it is, it can prosper, because the current system is destroying the conditions of life and since we have become comfortable with the destruction of our lives we do not question it nor do we realize that there can be a much better way of living. We become subservient to the hand that feeds us, and in that we accept the destruction, abuse, murder, rape of life that currently exists. There can be a much better life than the current system that we have now = all life can prosper, we only must stand as a group in support of a better life for all beings on this planet. Accepting our lives as comfortable is the acceptance of the abuse of the system. Thus we are directly abusing life through accepting and allowing this system to exist. And the reason we come to accept this system of abuse is because it provides life for us, thus it is the hand that feeds us and we fear not being fed by money because we fear dying.

Do we really get fed by money? Is income really the life blood of ourselves? Is this system then only but an illusion? Absolutely. This system is a lie and we are feeding the lie through accepting the medium that feeds us = money and the monetary system. The way we get fed is through the purchasing of goods with the tool of money within/as the accepted world system. But we as humans actually get fed through eating, through drinking, thus money is only but a false value and food source of life. Food is the source of life and money is the medium that allows us to purchase the food, and since money is limited and conditioned on supporting the system through working our ability to live is conditional and limited, but it doesn’t have to be.

In an equal money system we are given the funds so that we are able to provide life for ourselves. The medium of money is still a tool but the accepted rules, laws, and regulations of the system will be changed vastly. They will be in the principles of what is best for all and equality and oneness. When funds are provided to us unconditionally because we are life, life can prosper instead of being limited to having a job, and then we will have the time to change the way that we live, have time to create a new world and assist in supporting what we have destroyed. We will have the time to figure out this reality much more effectively, we won’t have to compromise our enjoyment to find money, we won’t have to search for ways to provide ourselves life here on Earth, it will be supported unconditionally simply through a change in the accepted system. We as humanity as life must stand together as life in support of a better life for life. We must fight the hand that feeds us and realize that we have been feeding ourselves the entire time, and change to a better method of feeding ourselves. No More Killing Animals for Profit

No More Killing Animals for profit

In an Equal Money system there will be no more killing animals for profit. How it exists now, is that some African countries will host hunting expeditions for the ones who can afford it. They go to these countries to hunt elephants, tigers, antelope etc, all for the purpose of supporting ones ego in being able to say that I shot an antelope etc. These countries do this to help out with their GDP and tourism revenues, all within the game that is capitalism. In an EMS there will exist no profit as we know and have defined it today, profit will be the betterment of life here on Earth, life will Profit, so without profit there exists no need to hunt animals or kill animals for profit, so that one can gain a bit of money so that they can feel as though they have won in the game of/as capitalism.

Money has caused life to be abused...not money, but they way we use money, the way we have accepted and allowed ourselves to become in regards to money. Thus changing the way money is used will stop an extensive amount of abuse in the name of profit and survival. There will not need to be these massive meat industries in an EMS because of the entire profit point needed to survive, meaning that there will not need to be a constant increase on the amount of meat eaten by the human for meat industries to succeed, and they will definitely not exist as they are today as we are not giving the animals breed for slaughter a chance to in fact live, to be and express themselves one and equal to/with nature.

Dolphin slaughter will cease to exist as the point of imprisoning these creates so that we can train them to do tricks and entertain us for the sole point of profit will no longer exist, thus the point of gathering up the dolphins to be examined and sold off and slaughter the ones who are not chosen to be `show dolphins` will stop immediately. Our lives will be provided to us and we will stop destroying this earth in order to survive through/as making money/profit so that we can exist here on Earth. What we need as humans/as life, will be given to us unconditionally because we are life, because we need it to live ehre on Earth, and the entire point of/as needing money in order to purchase the things that we as life need to exist will stop as that supports tremendous abuse that we see today. Thus with our lives being supported we will no longer need to diminish life, we will have the ability and time to support life as well, we will have time to make life better instead of fighting for survival. Santa's Elves

Santa’s Elves

During the Christmas season many of us want and want and want, and we do not consider what this want comprises of, of what happens because of our wants. We want cheap prices and we want specific items to support our self-interests, and we do not and have not considered why or how we can get the things we want at the prices we want. In order for companies to comply with the customer’s wants of cheap prices they must cut corners in certain areas of production so that they meet the wants of the customers, this area that is compromised is usually worker’s wages. They are paid minimal amounts of currency so that they are reliant on the job for the income to provide necessities for life, they then work overtime so that they can make that little bit more money so that they can give themselves some dignity in purchasing things that they need for themselves as well.

The working conditions of the workers are horrendous to European or North American standards. Some workers work 14 hour days 7 days a week, and when demand is up sometimes they work throughout the night a full 24 hour work shift. This is all due to our consumption and our system of/as capitalism. All the companies involved within/as the process of manufacturing goods want to make a profit at some point, and there are many things to consider = transportation costs, what the customer is willing to pay, how much profit the company intends to make, stock market prices, investors, production costs, and all of this needs to be minimal as possible in order to make the most profit such is the game that is capitalism = tying to make the most capital, and in all of this there are middle man companies such as shipping services or transportation services that are attempting to make profit as well so that they can survive within/as the game of/as capitalism. It is a fucked up revolution of money and a fucked up game with everyone attempting to win, which is impossible. Thus in order to make as much money as possible the working conditions and wages paid are minimal, with most workers living within factory owned and provided housing, so it becomes and is a prison for most of the workers as they cannot afford to live elsewhere, which is systematically set up by the companies to keep the people under their control, which money becomes the medium for/as control. This is due to the accepted and allowed method of the transference, rules, and laws that have become the money system that is capitalism, thus WE are ALL responsible for the conditions that people live in due to thee accepted `nature` of/as the money system and of as ourselves. When we want things and money is involved the companies try and support those wants and make as much profit as possible when exploiting those wants making as much money as possible means to not put out the best product, to not put in the least amount of money possible to come out with a product that people are satisfied with, and again the wages and living conditions of the workers are also compromised.

We do not see all that there is when Christmas is around, we do not see the millions of workers having to work in horrid conditions and getting paid just enough to provide themselves with a meal so that they cannot save enough money to move out of the conditions that they live in, we see only our wants, we have been blinded by the flashing lights and `neat` colours instead of looking at what is in fact taking place as capitalism/consumption. This is how we have accepted the world to be and how we have accepted ourselves to be.

This world of capitalism/consumerism cannot last for much longer as it is unsustainable into infinity, we are going to outwork ourselves deplete resources, cause environmental disasters etc. All of this is due to our financial system and the way we accept it to exist. Therefore there must be an existential change to the economic system, one that does not support slavery to money, one that does not support endless consumption of products for `endless` money. To find out more investigate http://equalmoney.org
